Found out the watery stool actually turned out to be our hen having tapeworms. So keep an eye out if your chicken has a watery stool- this may be the issue. I heard it might be being too hot or from not eating, but then we noticed the long, white tapeworm in it. Got the treatment and we start it tomorrow morning. Thank God for having a hardware store nearby with animal supplies in this little town!
