Watery, swolen eyes, lethargic,and sneezing 1 month old!!

Just yesterday 1 got 3 1 month old chicks. The farmer i got them from said they were all healthy females. They all seemed healthy at the farm too. When I got home I noticed one was sort of lethargic and watery eyed. I figured it was just tired or something. Today though, she is still lethargic. Her right eye is completely swolen and the left eye is barely open and is bubbly and watery. She eats normally, but a little slow and is starting to sneeze or cough (idk what it is). Can someone please help.

ok book says infectious coryza- common or paratyphoid- also common. eye worms, ammonia fumes, vitamin A dificiency. Without seeing them it sounds like the infectious coryza, try looking that up on internet
