Hi everyone. I am just hoping this is from it being hot and my girl drinking a lot of water. I thought a pic might help.

It is normal for chickens to have loose stools occasionally especially if they are hot or over heated. If is a hot day in your area, they will get the runs. What I have noticed is that on a hot day, if the poop stiffens up over night when it cools down, then it was definitely the heat. If they continue to have diarrhea day in and day out and it is not overly warm during the day, then it might be something else.

I worried about everything too when I first started with chickens. LOL I hope everything is fine with your babies.

Oh...and certain fruits and wet foods can loosen the stools as well. See what happens if you feed them blueberries.
