I am going to be building some more pens and I would like to get some different breeds of BANTAMS.I only have Cochins,PHoenixs,Sebright(pullet),and some Bantam mutts. I was wondering what everybody's favorite breed of BANTAM is. I'm looking for breeds with a nice temperment,somewhat good egg laying ability,and most importantly color.I would like to stay away from the feathery footed breeds such as silkies,d'uccles,ect,ect because they are going to be in cages with a wire floor and I don't want them to mess up their foot feathering.I do have 2 pens on the inside of my coop that are going to be on the floor with wood shavings so I guess it wouldn't be bad if I had 2 more breeds with feathered feet. But i'm going to be building pens on the outside.About 4-6 different pens with wire floor so thats what I was asking about.And if you have any pictures of your favorite breed please post those as well.Thank you.Thechickenguy.
