wattles on pullets?

I know on a lot of breeds that pullets develop combs and wattles. But at what age do pullets' combs redden and wattles start to develop?
I am just wondering because my little pullet (6 weeks) is starting to develop wattles (just barely though) and her comb is starting to get slightly pink whereas her brother already has a crazy red comb and wattles, but their sister doesn't have any sign of wattles. (they are brown star/bantam mixes)

Pullets approching point of lay will have bright red combs, face, & wattles.

As for when a pullet starts developing wattles and combs, it is often different for each breed and even each individual bird.
