Wattles showed up last night! Pullet still?

My sweet 6.5 week old Mottled Java developed noticeable wattles overnight! Her comb isn't big or red. But the wattles coming in concern me.
Can/do pullets develop wattles at this age? Does development vary by breeds?
What are your thoughts? Still a pullet ?
