Thought I would say 'hi' before jumping into the forums.
We've raised chickens for about 11 years now...I love my sweet clucks, and nothing beats fresh eggs! We currently have 8 hens...2 RIR's, 2 Araucanas, 2 Silver Laced Black Wyandottes, 1 NHR, and 1 Barred Rock. Our Barred Rock is my favorite. She has personality plus! They are all great layers and pretty quiet which our neighbors are thankful for, I'm sure!
