Waxy breast area feathers, what is this?

I picked up our Asian Black (they are just about 1 year old) today and noticed her breast area felt funny, upon further inspection they seemed to be waxy, her skin had some yellow crusty stuff that wipes away easily. It has been very hot lately (real feel 109 most days). I checked our other 3 girls and none of the others have anything similar.
So...what is this?!? Should I be concerned? I may try to soak her tomorrow and clean her up.

Could it be dried egg?

I was kind of wondering that bc I did find a busted egg days ago in the nesting box (well, the remnant of the inside of an egg)

That's probably what it is then. I would try cleaning her up. She'll go take a dust bath and be muddy then
