As I understand it, you're basically adding a rooster to a flock. The rooster thinks its one flock, it's you that thinks it's two flocks. I'm sure someone has done that.

Its three flocks. I have one roo in one coop & two roos in another coop & 0 roos in the old ladies coop. I hatched them all but the 10 old ladies. Shoot I'm getting confused. LOL!!
