WC Chocolate or Black? Also I'm thinking frizzle..........

So I got eggs from a guy and I was hoping for white crested chocolate or khaki. He said he had a wc choco cock over khaki hens. Also he didn't say anything about frizzling. The egg was marked wc choco and I sent him a picture of this chick and he said it is a dark chocolate and that frizzling pops up in some polish.

But I'm thinking this is a wc black frizzle but I would love to be wrong and it actually be chocolate

I'm excited about the frizzle part, it's my first frizzle.
