WCB Silky?

Has anyone created or tried to create a white crested black silky? Seems like that would be a really striking bird. Could you do this by breeding a black silky to a WCB Polish and then backcrossing the f1's to silkies? I do realize that it would take generations of crossing back and forth to regain type while maintaining the white crest. If anyone has done this and has pictures, please post. Just a curiosity on my part.

I've seen a lot of grays that have black heads with light bodies you could try making that more high contrast

I have 2 buff girls with black crests.. I saw a mention somewhere on "Showgirls" a cross between turkens and silkies.. I googled pics. OMG what a crazy looking birds. I would LOVE to see a black silkie with a white crest. That would be outstanding. It would take many years to be sure they breed true. But, get the idea out there and someones liable to start
