Aart you are absolutely correct. My husband was a handy DIY person and I learned a lot about construction at his side. However, since I have been a widow for a couple of years, I am on my own in the chicken coop construction area. This "baby barn" was a learning experience for me- trust me- it may look harsh, but I did learn a lot. Still have a lot to learn though.
