Updated pictures of the blues:

They are still smaller than my bantam cochins that are the same age - 13/14 wks old. I'd guess they are about 5"-8" tall. Do you still think OEGs?

I am going to say they are self blue Dutch. The white earlobes say Dutch to me. Going to look at Privett's site....

I compared them to birds I saw at the County Fair and they are self-blues. Updated pic of the rooster:
