Hello! I am so happy to have come across this community! My family has FINALLY moved to an area that allows us to raise chickens. I am pleased to announce that I will be a first time chicken mom in the Spring of 2020. My 3 human kids are incredibly excited! We really wanted to get some this year, but I want to make sure our set up is ready for success. We will be working on the coop and run this summer. I look forward to gaining knowledge and any advice possible! :)

At least you're preparing everything before jumping right into getting chickens. Some people buy them before they even have the proper setup for them. I can say I was one of those people :lau Good luck with prepping and keep us updated on your setup

What breads do you have?
That's a long answer!

Shown below are a Rhode Island Red, Black Australorp, Plymouth Barred Rock, 2 White Leghorns, White Rock, Speckled Sussex, Easter Egger, Delaware and the rooster is a Salmon Faverolles. Not shown is my Lakeshore Egger.
