we are getting 2 cats on Monday!

    we have decided totake on 2 cats, a mother and son (4 months old). we can't wait! i hope they get on with the hens!

    Oh so cute!!! I had 2 cats when we first got chickens. They were fascinated at first, then scared. I think they must have tried something and got taught a lesson. As long as you don't have baby chicks, your hens should be ok. [​IMG] We gave one of our cats to my MIL (I am extremely allergic, and she was always in our room) but our other cat is outside 80% of the time and we have seen her attacking a possum that was trying to get into the coop. Good kitty!

    Those cats are so cute. I can't imagine living without at least one.
