We are having a heat wave!!

38 degrees here at 1pm
80 degrees yesterday at 4 pm
Sunday 85 degrees at 1pm, 45 degrees at 3pm

Gotta love Texas in the winter!!!!

Unfortunately, with all this up and down stuff, we all get sick. Besides, it just ain't right when you could run the air conditioning and the heat in the same 12 hour period (we don't).

It's 25 degrees here! Our highest temp for the week-it climbed to this for today and falls the rest of the week. Mid teens for highs on Friday and low teens (if that) on Sat.

Thanks Farmer Kitty I do not feel so bad now It is supposed to be 40 here tomorrow and then Snow by late afternoon on Friday. I finally went out today after ice storm we came out preety good about 2 miles down the hiway there are electir poles smashed to pieces and road closed from electical line we did lose our power for about 1 hour about 6:00 last night but other than that we are ok my s-i-l has friends from work with 3 kids that have been going from house to house friends and family for warmth I told them to come stay here we have plenty of room and is would be easier for them so we are on call for extras anytime. +1 goat and 1 great dane may make for interesting video for Americ'a funniest Video

13- 5 week chicks and that is only in the house not counting outside animals

I know Angie but not for long, the snow is on it's way! I am trying to get a delivery of hay & shavings in here before the truck can't get back there for fear of never getting out. That still might happen because it is awful muddy and there is a slight hill where the truck needs to back up to the barn. I waited to longggggg!
Supposed to start here tomorrow afternoon (6-10 inches) and then another one on Sunday. I feel the temperature dropping already.
