we are moving to Boise Id area... Need some kind of structure for my hens

Moving to Nampa ID... Looking for tractor for 9 chickens( laying hens)... anyone can give advice where I can post this... Is here such a thing as Boise , ID forum?
There was a lady on Craigslist.... She said she would ask her son to build one for me,... But she stopped resonding for my texts,, and I really need to have a tractor in couple weeks
