We are on day 22!!

What should I look for. Some of them moved yesterday but I didnt hear anything. I think I may have had the temps a little low. It has stayed about 99.5. This is our first hatch and Im crossing my fingers!! Any advice is helpful

If you're using a still air bator the temp may have been a little low. Give them another day or too.

I am, thats what I was hopeing somebody would tell me. A couple moved last night but nothing else!!

Do you think it would help to keep the temp up higher now? I have it warmer in there, I dont want the babies to be cold.

Once they're ready there will be just a tiny little break in the shell. That's your first sign.

You do not increase your temps ... thats a no no...

Your temps have been low so that will cause a late hatching...

Day 23 no chicks yet!! Im still crossing my fingers!! Im getting worried now though.

Don't give up! I heard one lady say her incubator was reading a low temp and she still had chicks born at 28 days!
