We asked for Barred Rocks

We bought chicks and asked for Barred Rocks. This doesn’t look right to us. What would you say these are?

It's a Marans, potentially black copper because of the orange leakage I think I'm seeing. He's definitely a cockerel

I have some midnight majesty marans (hoover's) and one has every bit as much of the copper in her neck as the bird I linked to, the other two don't. All are laying, no crowing.
