We butchered our first two Roos today

So I'm like 15 years out of practice like since I was a kid but we had two Roos that just started crowing so they had to go and what better place than the dinner table. I love my my nuwave oven whole bird was done in 45 minutes juicy as could be. Pretty proud of hubby's first time by himself

I've got cockerels lining up for the table today.....not a chore I enjoy, but the rewards aren't bad
