Really nicely done! For the poop deck, we used the heavy plastic that is wrapped around dog food when it is shipped. You can get it for free at any pet supply place like Pet Supermarket, when they get a new shipment of dog food in. We love it - we cut them to shape and just pull them off, and dump the poop in the compost and put it back up - 2 minutes tops.
