We found out why my mom was sick last night

there was a story that someone ordered a whopper junior and someone working thought it would be cool to put a dead bat on a burger. Well she bit into it and saw what it was. She sued for alot of money. I think I will stick with arbys then. they are not really fast food right? there roastbeef and chedder cheese sandwhich is soooooooooo good

Have to play Devil's advocate here....

If it's food poisioning, it may have been from a meal eaten up to 72 hours BEFORE the onset of symptoms. So, if the McDs was the last thing she ate that may NOT have been what actually made her sick.

I got samonella from Bojangles chicken. It took 2.5 days to get sick from it. The reason I know for SURE that is what it was is that my hubby and MIL all got sick within 2-3 hours of each other, and the last meal we all ate together had been the Bojangles 2 evenings before.

Funny thing is, the last meal I ate before I actually started showing symptoms was Burger King. It was YEARS before I could go back to Burger King, even though I knew that wasn't what made me sick. Was eating Bojangles again before the BK...

She goes to mcD's every nioght after work and gets those nuggets so it could be that. I think sunday she had taco bell. Think that could be it?

For the sounds of it your mom could have anything, including just a flu. Food poisoning needs a diagnosis from a doctor, lab tests to confirm it, and from that you can track the source. I agree, it's very unlikely if it is food that it would have been the last thing she ate. There is an incubation time needed.
