We had a monumental day here at Cluckawalla Valley.

[The Sheriff]

#1) The silkies used the ramp to go upstairs tonight! Usually I have to lay in the bottom of the coop and gently push them up. I went down to the coop to push them up and they were already upstairs. I wept.

#2) The 8 Light Sussex teenagers are sleeping on the roost! Hubby pulled them out of the pile they were in and put them on the roosts. I just went down and they are still up there, ASLEEP!

#3.) My New Year's baby Sussex are roosting at four and a half days old! Here's one of them. They climb up on their teddy bears to reach it! So sweet.

I am Happy!
