We have 3 day old chicks!

my husband and I purchased some baby chicks at an omish auction. there are 2 that have leg deformities. they cant walk they scoot. one is healthy the other fairly heathly. what is this and can it be fixed. I cant bear to see it die. we have other older chickens also and are enjoying the heck out of learning new things, and raising more and more.

Welcome and spradle leg is what has happened and if caught early it can be fixed. So up and to the left is a Search area, type in spradle leg and it should take you to several threads regarding this health issue Or you can goto Emergencies /diseases/ injuries and ask the question directly there to get help
