I always read with much interested the ordinances that exist in most Europe/America countries about keeping of chickens. I do know that some laws exist on paper but our Councils never bother to enforce them because chickens are very much part of a typical African's life. Probably the only house you would not keep a chicken is if you live in a storied apartment !!!!!
