We love the sand!!!!

My 3 coturnix are 4 weeks tomorrow and they are so funny! I finally got some sand for them and they have been going crazy "bathing" in it. We are having so much fun watching them.

They also started making so new noises today that I hadn't heard them say.

I'm going out tomorrow to get a big bag of playground sand! A pile for my big girls and a pan for my babehs.

You know it is so funny when newbies chicks start dust bathing and the first impression that the humans have of what is happening. You should have been there when my littlest chick started wiggling then put his legs staight out to the side and closed his eyes. I thought he died for a second.
Does anyone have pictures of the funny positions the chicks get in for the bath?
