We need help sexing and the breed.

My husband and I hatched these babies 19 weeks ago. We know 1 is a rooster. But what breed is he?

We don’t know breed or gender in 2 or 3. Let us know your opinions!

They're female.
Not a clue about the breed on 1, but his body type almost looks ornamental game.

He ordered a bunch of eggs from someone online. But we can’t find her post about what breed they were. However, we know she didn’t list any game breeds. They were all brown eggs.
