We need help with our runt White Broad Breasted chick. I think it's dying.

When we brought them home, all 4 were the same size. Over time 3 grew bigger and one remained smaller. We assumed the big ones were males and the little one a female. Now it has become obvious that it is sick and dying, but we don't know what from or what to do to help it. We don't know if it is male or female. It barely eats or drinks, but it does sometimes each day. We don't see anything wrong in the stool. It is always sleeping and shivering. The other turkeys are now like 4 times the size of the runt and are very active all day long in and out of their brooder. They are all about 5 weeks old. What can we do to save it and help it?

Wanted to add that these are our first turkeys ever, but we have 40+ chickens, 8 ducks, and 2 geese, so we have some bird experience with raising them and first aid. We've read in the turkey books that many turkey chicks will die and sometimes you will lose half or more and not really ever understand why. So we're thinking we'll get 3 meat birds and lose the 1. BUT, if we can save her (him?) and fatten her up too, that would be even better.

So my kiddos let me know its stool is basically diarrhea. Not sure what that means. I have removed the other 3 larger turkeys from her brooder because they were stepping on her and pooping on her. She just lays there trembling like she is cold, no longer eating or drinking or even standing. I believe we will lose her today or overnight. If we can save her, I'd be willing to try, as long as it doesn't get expensive. We were told in the beginning you can expect to lose half of your turkey chicks, so if 3 out of 4 survive and grow fat enough to eat, it would be a success.
