We need operation manual for Humidaire Series 2000 incubators

We have several of these as well as several other redwood incubators. We need to know how to adjust the digital controller. I have figured out the temperature setting and the alarm setting. I do not know how to set the "meter offset" and the "out offset". I am hoping these are the limits for when the heat comes on at the different temperature spreads. In other words, how close the controller keeps the temperature to the temperature set point.

Any help would be appreciated or any link to where we can get a manual for this incubator.
