We Want Deviled Eggs! :)

We’re getting plenty of eggs now from our six girls (good girls!!) and want to set some aside for hard boiling later.

Should we refrigerate them or not for this aging?

How long before they’ll be easy to peel?

I always refrigerate eggs I want to egg. I would wait a couple of weeks.
