The judge in our mineral rights case has finally made a decision. He has granted our motion for summary judgment which means the mineral rights remain in our posession. SO HAPPY! It's been going on for so long, this lawsuit. It was stupid though. They sued us way after the statute of limitations was over. YAY!!! Champagne for everyone!
