Weak chick after hatching

I found this baby in one of the coops last night. Her mother was gone and she was cold. I brought both her and her mom in so that she could keep her chick warm. But sadly, she rejected it. The baby was cold. I brought her in about a half hour or so ago and put her on a heating pad. She's doing better now. But she still can't stand up. She's peeping and talking but again, she can't stand up. Has anyone had a chick act like this? Do you think it's just because she's cold? Thanks

Her feet look kinda weird. Watch the heating pad. They can get really hot. Hopefully someone else has some definitive advice.
