Weak chick

i have a very weak chick who was abandoned in the egg by his two mothers. He hatched three days later, but he is wobbly on his feet and won't eat or drink. He wants to sleep all day and won't follow me when I walk( he thinks I'm his mom). I don't know what to do and I really need help please

Do you have a feed store nearby?
Chick electrolytes added to their water will help perk him up. Gatorade will give electrolytes as well.
Right after they hatch, they need to be kept warm too, are you providing him with extra heat?
If he hasn't eaten or drunk at all he needs to very soon. Try dipping his beak in a small dish of water to see if he'll drink, if not you may have to water him with an eyedropper.
Give him foods like scrambled eggs, it will give him nutrients similar to what his yolk gave him in the egg. Yogurt and chick food mixed together is another food that might tempt him.

I have him under the heat lamp unless he's with me, and I did put water in a cap and put his beak in it, but he won't drink unless I give him the water in a dropper like you said. But I can't hand feed and water him all day because of school.
