Weak chick

I have a week old chick that can’t walk or keep her eyes open. What do I do??please help ASAP

- is she eating/drinking?
- is she pooping? How does it look? picture
- does she have any nasal discharge?
- how do her eyes look?
- does she have any injuries (did you check her wings and legs incl. bottom of feet)
