You did the right thing by making her vomit. No matter who you ask, every person who knows how to treat sour crop will say make her vomit. It clears the crop and yogurt and apple cider vinegar just kill the remaining fungus/bacteria.

her tail is still down this morning and had to make her vomit again, Her crop was squishy again, gave her some more sugar water again....sigh... hope she gets better soon... I think she laid an egg this morning and she's still eating and drinking... well keep you posted... still using ACV in the water but couldn't get her to eat any yogurt today but will try to give her some later...

If this happens one more time I would go ahead and use duramycin. Unfortunately I can't tell you how much to use as I have never used duramycin before.

@ chicken owner, thanks....does anyone know how much duramycin to use? do I treat the whole flock? I'm treating for sour crop... please help!!
