I have 2 serama chicks that are about 2 weeks old. They were doing good and well until one day one of them suddenly was weak and couldn’t stand wasn’t eating and was laying all day while his friend later beside him. The next day his friend had the same problem but was worst. He keeps flipping over which I have to keep watch on him because he keeps flipping over every 5 min. His wings are stretched out and he lays on his side. His other friend the first one who this happened to just lays on his stomach wings pulled in instead. He doesn’t flip over often. The 2nd one can’t stand at all he always has his eyes closed chirping loudly and can’t lay on his back but always lays on his side. Why did this just occur all of a sudden and is there a way to fix them?

Irregular temperatures and humidity during incubation are a possibility. Except for the one with wing feathers, they look 2 DAYS old, not 2 weeks old. Were these shipped chicks or from yours or a neighbors’ flock?

They seem to have spraddle leg. Put them in a cup where they are forced to keep their legs together to develop those muscles.

Their seramas which is the smallest breed of chicken in the world which is why their small
