Weak duckling 7hrs old exposed navel/belly button

Hi friends! So this tiny chick hatched early still attached to shell with active veins. I put the duckling in a cup in the Bator so it could absorb everything it needed too but then it wiggled free of the cord anyway. The duckling is super lethargic (only 7hrs old so I understand, but it comparison to the duck who hatched a couple hours early its concerning. He is half the size of his siblings and has no energy. I've been giving him some duravet vitamins in water and I cleaned the navel with iodine and then added non-pain-relieving antibiotic.

Does anyone have any advice on how to help him? Anyone know how likely he is to survive? besides this everything seems normal (its iodine around the wound)

SORRY! forgot to update! it was just a rough navel so it was completely fine! it wasn't bleeding a lot so it scabbed! the duckling got a lotta electrolytes and is doing GREAT now!! Hope this helps anyone with similar concerns!
