Weak, lethargic chicken. Guesses on illness please.

My Easter Egger, Sophia, has been sick for a few weeks. She started off with some yellow diarrhea. I isolated her and gave her fish mox which did not help. She is drinking and eating a little bit but is essentially skin and bones at this point. I haven’t seen any lice or mites on her and her crop is completely empty. I let her out for a bit today and she can hardly walk. She is very wobbly. Any guesses on what else I could check? I’ll post a few pics from today.
