Weak new hatchling- advice needed

My chicks have hatched so far, all but two. Most seem very hearty. One is not. I tried giving it a few drops of water with no improvement. I mixed a very weak solution of hydro-hen and vitamins and gave some of that. It hatched at 7:30 this morning, CST. Ive kept it very warm. What else should I do?

Sometimes a chick is just exhausted from the rigors of hatching. How warm is "very warm"? Overheating should be avoided, too.

I like to offer supplements like you are, but some posters swear by egg yolk. A hatchery has some tips here.
