Weak/Sick Hen

one of my older hens looks to be very sick as she is letting me go near which before she wouldnt let me go within 3 meteres of her, I can actually pick her up. She is struggling jumping up to get to the dust bathing spot and she doesnt look to be eating or drinking. We did not know where she was for a few days and it was only today I found her and put her in the chicken run. She also looks to be more fat than normal and sleepy. If anyone could give me help that would be great.

unfortunately, she died last night in front of my very own eyes, What was strange is that when I picked her a long piece of poo was dripping out of her.
