Weak & thin chick won’t eat, HELP!

Exactly...my suspicion.

Keep her as warm as you can.
How warm is it there?
Don't feed beans, stick with the watered down egg yolk and the sugar water.

Air is about 83° at the moment but i keep them in an enclosed stairway.. hard to describe but it’s usually at least 90°, and there is no wind.
For the night when it’s a bit cooler I used a plastic box and put some insulating material in it, so when they all sleep together the temperatures should be high enough. I’m not sure how i will keep that one warm by itself tonight..

So when you raise chicks you use no supplemental heating?
Or maybe you use broody hens...or...?
A regular incandescent light bulb might work to generate some extra heat.
Sorry, not sure what to suggest without the usual things available for chicken husbandry.

My guess would be something happened with the kids if they were playing with the chicks unsupervised.
I agree. The kids could have taken the chick away from food and water all day to handle it and completely forgot about it’s needs for survival. Kids I’ve let play with my chicks have a tendency to do that.

I hope your chick survives! Keep up the good work and don’t give up!

Is it possible that you could heat water up and put the water in a plastic bottle, and put the water next to the chick and throughout the night, replace the water so it doesn’t cool off? I’m not sure if that is a thing people do. I’m just guessing.

I usually use broody hens but all of my three broodies tried to bite their heads off for no reason, so i’m raising them myself this time
