Weak, tired, limp duckling *Please help!*

To cut a long story short we had to help the duckling out the egg because he has been stuggling for oust over 24 hours to get out of his egg.

Now 6 hours after he appears to be very limk & weak. The duck is out the egg (holding on just about with his cord) however he can barely lift his head up & hasn't opened his eyes yet.

When should we give him food & drink?
