I need help please. I have a two months Guinea keet. The keet is weak, can’t stand properly and inbalance when it tries to walk. It’s been three days now. I’ve given it antibiotics and vitamins but I’m not seeing any improvement yet. This is my first time raising guineas. What could be wrong?

I wouldn't give antibiotics unless you know it has a specific bacterial infection that can be cured.
I would try giving it poultry Nutri-Drench according to the dosing on the label. It has essential amino acids, vitamins, minerals, molasses for energy and hits the bloodstream immediately. It doesn't have to be digested first.

I live in Africa, not sure if we have Nutri-Drench here. I have given it vitamins but it’s been three days now no improvement. It can’t stand properly.

I understand. It may be available online but as an alternative, you could use a baby vitamin/mineral supplement (without iron) that might be available at drug stores.
Other alternatives would be sugar water or something else to give an energy boost (sweet potato).
Any animal protein like canned fish or some meat for some essential amino acids.

Thanks for getting back to me. I will do just that. I will keep you updated.

Feeding some scrambled egg for animal protein works well for poultry too. It has most of the other nutrients they need too.
Basically, the thing they are eating all the while they are embryos.
