Weak with roundworms but applied ivermectin topically- ok to give wazine?

This hen is sick with roundworms. Can I give her wazine now even though I applied ivermectin to her skin? She is lethargic and weak. Ate yogurt and corn.
 
Ps gave her penicillin before I realized it was parasite - I isolated her and saw the worm in her poop
