Wear can I have my meat birds butchered in IOWA?

Hello everyone! I am a small farmer in iowa and I have both pigs and chickens (chickens now anyway). I noticed that it is much harder to find a butcher for chickens that it is to find one for hogs.

I sell my pigs to Tyson meats and I figured that they would take my chickens to. But they wanted nothing to do with them. I can sell them but I want to package half of them and sell the other half live. Does ANYONE know of a good butcher for chickens in Iowa?
