It is unusual that your red hen doesn't lay nice large eggs. She appears to be a Production Red, which is generally a very productive breed. I suppose there are always exceptions, though.

she does lay nice egg not all the time 1 egg a day i fed the 24 and water and get out

If your Production Red is over two years old, she may be past her laying prime. PRs are bred for high laying yield, but usually have relatively short laying lives.
