It is even a little higher now than it should be, it is 101.8 but the problem seems to be it will hold the temperature once it gets there...but it has never held it for more than an hours or so at 99.5 without varying a little higher and then a little lower and back and in between....I either tend to over adjust (despiter knowing it is a huge mistake) or, when I finally stop monitoring it I consistently find it to be two or three degrees lower than it was the entire day and evening while I was watching it.

MATT wake up and POST!!

Hey Sally!! I am awake..I have a headache but actually slept in so long I managed to get a full night's sleep...I ended up cutting well through the morning and almost hitting afternoon!!! Two of the dogs love this as they would be perfectly happy if they could just sleep and eat...the third is not quite as thrilled about the lack of stimulous so I am going to go out and take care of the rabbits and tortoise and exercise the dog for a short while and then I will return and post again.
Ill try to catch you in a little while...before you go to sleep.

Matt what kind of dogs do you show? I showed dogs for almost 30 years in the mid west. Mostly Italian Greyhounds and Whippets but help a lot of handlers. Also Obedience work with various breeds of my own.

Matt what kind of dogs do you show? I showed dogs for almost 30 years in the mid west. Mostly Italian Greyhounds and Whippets but help a lot of handlers. Also Obedience work with various breeds of my own.

Oh I love Whippets! One of the first dogs I ever showed was actually a Whippet! I have never had an IG but a lot of people I know who have larger Sighthounds have IGs as well.

I show show Xoloitzcuintli and Salukis. I sometimes show Peruvians but I don't have one right now.

I managed to take a friend's cocker spaniel to basic obedience classes only because his owner was going to quit out of frustration but I am not very good with obedience and definitely admire people who are good at doing it. Hello fellow sight hound person Matt! I have always wanted the challenge of putting a CD on a Saluki. People think they are stupid but I say they are to darn smart to be trained that way. I Put CDs on many IGs and Whippets in 3 shows!
Must be awsome to show those hairless dogs which I think are kind of handsome.
I have not been in shows now sence about 97. My disability keeps me from showing.
