I was wondering how does the paypal and google checkout work?

I was wondering could I get my dad to pay for the paypal or google checkout?

Also any other information that you could provide would be great.

Their (Paypal) minor policy: Your dad must open the account, put his name on everything. For you to accept payments and things yourself, you must have him create you a Student Accoutn, which he can put money in, or you can use whatever money you collect online, and get a debit card directly to that. (I do something similar, just instead of age division it is divided by business.)
