Hello,

My little "Tipsy" is what we named her, has been walking like she is drunk, with bad balance.
a little history about her, I would put her at about 6 or 7 weeks old, bought her from the local feed store with 3 other RIR's all in great health. the Feed store is a chain store but I wont mention the name. up until last Thursday (4/23/14) she showed no signs of any issues and grew like a weed with the others. I kept them in brooder boxes, and the ducks and geese in a different brooder box (which were purchased at the same time) the rooster stayed outside and I did not get other chicks until later. They have out grown the brooder box and now have a small run in the pump house till they are a little bigger to be left out in the coop and run. They do get to go out during the day when I am home and can keep an eye on them. they have not eaten any thing that I know of that would have been dangerous as I scowered the area before getting them, any how Tipsy became very wobbly, like her legs are unsteady, immediately I culled her out, and deep cleaned the living areas. then I took to the internet. Botolisum was a concern but her eyes dilated and responded well and he wasn't convulsing. Marek's was a concern but her are not stiff and do not stick out, her eyes are clear and she eating and drinking normal, she is not lethargic as she still runs around but falls over when she stops. then she sits up and walks around but leans alot.
any ideas that could help? she is on electrolights now and seems to help a little.

thank you

I gave her a tiny dose of vitamin B12 night before last yesterday and today they have been getting elctrolights and I have noticed a large improvement! She still a little wobbly but in terms of drunk, she now looks buzzed instead of trashed.
