I just got attacked by a little week old chick. I'm not sure if it was a white leg horn or a Delaware. They are supposed to be pullets. My roosters don't even act like this little jerk did. Could it possibly be a rooster acting like this already?

They soon will be moved into a much better space and bigger space, but yes, right now they are in a dog crate. There are four babies. I will try hand feeding them. Thanks for your wisdom.Possible it's a male...some birds are just very aggressive.
Do they have lots of space in the brooder?
Have you been hand feeding them?
I was not suggesting that you DO hand feed them.I will try hand feeding them.
